Had a serious car issue on the way home to northern New York. The service team was able to get our vehicle in quickly, suggest local hotels, gave us a ride to the hotel, picked us up when we needed more of our luggage and when the service was complete. The online updates on the progress of work was not reliable. Even after they called to tell me it was ready, it still showed that they hadn't done the work. Call to check on progress instead. My car was clean after they worked on it. This is a good place to get service

They were patient and got in a few cars they didn't have to give us the best chance at getting exactly what we wanted. No major pressure to buy either. Kevin, Tre, and the rest of the team were very laid back but helpful. Of all my years buying cars, I felt this was the best experience I've had. Very straight forward and I didn't feel the usual pressure salesmen try to use. The car itself was immaculate for 32k miles.
Dissatisfied with the length of time it took for a scheduled service appointment. 2:00 o’clock appointment for oil change and tire rotation took 2hrs and 10mins. Other than that everything was great.
Work was done and no one even called to let me know what needed to be done or how much it would be. Just called me with a bill without authorization to do the work

I had an unfortunate chain of events happen from my service that was recommended for the transmission purely as maintenance. There was a cross threaded bolt, cracked catalytic converter and still an exhaust leak that is being figured out. I am so unhappy with this happening and will have an extremely hard time taking any vehicle back for service. I have driven my vehicle with the exhaust leak for several days with a strong exhaust smell after picking it up three different times and it was suppose to be fixed each time.
I was very Impressed with the service, fast and efficient. Brittany was warm and personable.
Price was more than quoted and tires weren’t there when they were suppose to be. Found out after there a fee for credit cards. Overall no discount even offered for having to wait an entire day longer and be inconvenienced. I’ll find tires elsewhere I guess next time. Thanks
I cannot write a 15 word minimum about my experience at this dealership. I will share Luis Rojas was awesome. he was patient, attentive to my needs, and very respectful. Hubert Vester couldn’t have a better salesman in my option. I’m glad he was my salesman. Now when it comes to the finance person who handled my account it is a different story. It is my understanding he is no longer with the facility. In my option the finance individual who handled my account treated me as if I was just another number not an individual making a purchase.
As always, Vester’s service team handled my visit to service a recall notice efficiently and quickly! Very satisfied!!!

Jennifer is great to work with. The problem with my 2021 Tahoe was not resolved. It only has 26,000 miles on it and there's a clicking noise when driving. I was supposed to receive a follow up call once I advised of the same issue and haven't heard from anyone

Overall good experience. It was a very friendly atmosphere and the salesman was not pushy. Would simply recommend the dealership finding ways of efficiently going through the process of selling a car while not taking the whole day from the customer. Although expedited due to my decisive nature, I was in the dealership for two hours, with the majority of that time waiting for information, waiting for the keys to be found, or waiting for paperwork to be completed. Whether it is as simple as advising the customer to go grab lunch while paperwork is completed or offering another option.
They always do the additional checks to make sure that I have the information of other things that need to be done. Very helpful always.

Bought my car from them and have gotten great service. When I had a recall completed with number and clips revision the time before oil change. I noticed that the plastic piece protecting under the bumper was not secure. I mentioned it at my last service and he said he would have to see if it was under warranty since I didn’t call right back.
